Pastor Charles Bell and his wife, Christine, feel like God has given them the privilege of leading Steps of Faith into becoming a church and leading them into the foreseeable future.

The Bells lived in Argentina, S.A. between the years 1993 and 2000 where they learned Spanish and worked lead a church in the city of Rosario.

Pastor Bell was a professor of Missions and Inter-cultural studies at Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO; pastor of West Division Street Baptist Church in Springfield; co-founders of Vida Hispana Ministries; and then leading the Spanish-speaking members of the Canyon Creek Baptist Church and Warehouse Church in Richardson/Plano, TX.

Christine has been a high-school Spanish teacher since 2005.

The Bells have two children, Mary and Diana, and three grandchildren.
